Privacy Policy

The Short Version

We read your manuscript to generate your launch kit, then delete it immediately. We don’t store your book. We don’t train AI on it. We don’t share it with anyone. Your payment is processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Your Manuscript

• Your uploaded file (EPUB, PDF, or pasted text) is temporarily stored in Vercel Blob storage during processing.
• The file is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for analysis and marketing copy generation.
• Once your launch kit is generated and emailed to you, the uploaded file is permanently deleted from our storage.
• We do not retain copies of your manuscript. We do not use your manuscript to train AI models.
• Anthropic’s API does not use submitted data for model training. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for details.

Personal Information We Collect

• Email address — to deliver your launch kit and (optionally) send our newsletter.
• Book title and genre — to generate relevant marketing copy.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send you weekly updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We don’t sell or share your email with third parties.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for admin authentication only. We don’t use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered content generation
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and temporary file storage
• Neon — database for newsletter subscribers and market data

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Admin@booktoblurb.com. Since we delete manuscripts immediately after processing, the only data we may have is your email address (if you subscribed to the newsletter).
